Our Mission:

OnTheFarm is a DODD certified organization that offers adult day services to all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our top priority on the farm is to provide premium adult care to our clients. Moreover, we strive to ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive alternative to other traditional adult day service offerings. We aim to teach and develop useful life skills that promote independence, sustainability, and emotional growth. Our goal is to act as a steppingstone towards gainful employment.

OnTheFarm has a team of specially trained and highly dedicated staff. Our staff works diligently with their clients to broaden life experiences and closely measure individual skill progression, through a multitude of organized daily agricultural endeavors.

Through the social skills and vocational training cultivated on the farm, our clients become more accessible to the community at large.
